On behalf of ourselves and our investors, we identify companies in stable niche markets with realistically sustainable growth potential and dedicated teams. In our business selection process, we pay particular attention to transparency. Further criteria are company size (between 10 and 50 million euros annual turnover), location (within the D-A-CH region) and profitability (positive cash flow).
We’re open to all market segments but have a preference for enterprises in the areas of IT and consumables.
Whether the issue is a 100% sale or a succession settlement, our investment horizon is long-term. We wait for the right moment.
Our mainstay investors are European family offices and the entrepreneurial families that make up Paarl Equity’s “friends & family”.
We involve investors in club deals early on, provide the enterprises with hands-on accompaniment and guidance, and structure them sustainably and with a view to value creation in the interest of the enterprise and the investor/s.
Our approach is based on the close involvement of all partners. We regularly coordinate new developments and strategies with the investors.
