For us and our investors, we prefer companies in stable niche-markets with realistic, sustainable growth potential and an involved management team. When selecting an investment, we also highly value market transparency and financial transparency.

Additional criteria are the size of the company (5 to 50 million in revenues), the location (D-A-CH region) and the profitability (positive cash flow).
